Argentinus, Creeslough and Archetype were ready for another early start on Tuesday morning for a very rainy day at Portman. All three achieved encouraging dressage tests scores: Cresslough 33; Argentinus 30; and Archetype 32. After the morning’s rain, the Showjumping was very slippery in places but Argentinus and Creeslough managed perfect clears, with Archetype tipping two rails. The cross country asked many difficult questions, and the course was made more difficult by the challenging ground conditions. Sadly, Creeslough had a run out at the skinny triple bush coming out of the water, but was very confident over the rest of the course. Archetype did a lovely clear, and Argentinus followed with a quick clear round to finish in 8th – an excellent result for a 6 year old.
