Pau International 5*
It was a long road trip down to the south of France with Undalgo De Windsor (Beau) #Beau2Pau travelling with the lovely Team Way Eventing. Beau was feeling great on arrival and on best behaviour, he was foot perfect for the trot up after his perfromance at Burghley!
Dressage was an improved test since Burghley but still more marks to come in the future! After walking the XC course it was clear it wasn't going to be a dressage competition.
On to XC day and what a day it was! What a brave, bold and genuine horse! Clear round Pau 5*! I cant thank everyone enough for their support and believing in us. My brilliant team at home, amazing family and friends for all everything they do for me. My sponsors and the whole behind the scenes crew to help make days like today happen!
And of course to the slightly crazy and seriously cool Beau. Even when the plan is to do one thing and he thinks the other is better, he proved today his scope, talent and ability. Something I have always believed in him!
On the final day he jumped a fab show jumping round with just 2 unfortunate poles but finishing in the top 20 and getting the Badminton qualfication!! A true 5* pony now.
