A fantastic 3 days at Aston Le Walls in the sunshine, the lovely two mares kicked off Day 1 in the BE100 Open. CVS Indian Summer Owned by Mrs Claire Foster did a lovely test with a couple of mistakes but very pleased with her first test in testing warm up conditions! Eyesnosebest warmed up well and she too made a few mistakes but both mares scored a respectable 35.5. They both jumped a fantastic double clear, with CVS Indian Summer definitely on a mission as we came back with 5 too fast time faults... whooops! Practicing her speed ready for Novice.
Day 2 of Aston Le Walls with the lovely Danetime Panther owned by Alex Beever. Making his first ever appearance at an event and an affiliated one at that! He could not have performed any better in the competitive BE90Open, a 24 dressage followed by a great double clear, adding 2.8 time faults to finish 9th in his section.
Day 3 of Aston Le Walls with Corinthian Clover in the Novice owned by Mrs Claire Armfield and Family. Newly purchased Mulberry felt brilliant, a foot perfect test for 33.5, rather a harsh mark, an unlucky rail SJ and a brilliant XC finishing with 1.8 time faults. He finished 4th in his section a fantastic result for a new combination!
Ginny is very excited to have been out competing with the first group of horses, with the season already looking very exciting!
