A long road trip to Wales for 2 first time novices with Worldy Wise and Watch Me, along with Eyesnosebest aslo in the novice.
Both Watch Me and Worldy Wise did respectable tests with a few mistakes each but Ginny was happy with their marks of 34 and 33.
Eyesnosebest did a really smart test for 31.

On to the show jumping which had been caused problems over the weekend at all levels. The 3 mares jumped well, particularly Eyesnosebest and Worldly Wise just having an unlucky pole each. Watch Me jumped well but was just caught out by the related distance from oxer to upright, she has such a big jump and lacks mileage so just added 8 to her score.

XC was certainly influential with a fairly large imposing ditch palisade which caught out many, Eyesnosebest did not appreciate this fence so she was sadly retired. The other two mares were clear just adding time penalties to their score.

Purston in the prizes

2 rides in the BE100Plus being Watch Me and Worldly Wise and Kings Command in the BE100.

Watch Me finished on her dressage score 32.5 and placed 10th.

Worldly Wise also finished on her dressage score of 35.5 for 6th place.

Eyesnosebest was back on the Thursday for the novice. She did a very nice test  but scoring a disappointing 35.5, followed by an unlucky 4 faults in the SJ. XC she was just caught out at the water by a scary white fence, showing her lack of mileage at this level picking up an annoying 20 penalties.
